    Our family-centered approach is an additional layer of support as you navigate and discern the complex medical needs of your child living with a life limiting or life-threatening condition. Our physician and nursing services are available both within the Health Centre and in your home community. We provide memory-making activities, emotional, social and spiritual support, and we share resources during end-of-life scenarios. This includes bereavement follow-up and bereavement resources for your family.
